Our accommodation includes room options for individual travellers, couples, families, and small groups. Each room type is set up to provide a practical base for your stay, with comfortable bedding and everyday facilities for short stays or longer visits.
Room layouts and bedding can vary by room type. If you have a specific request, such as ground floor access, separate beds, or rooms close together, please contact us before arrival. We will always try to help, subject to availability.
Each room has a sofa that can be made up as a sofa bed for one additional guest. An extra guest charge applies when the sofa bed is used.

Bookings & Payment
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or approved linked platforms and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or payment is processed.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required prior to check in.
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay (2% surcharge), American Express (3.5% surcharge).
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival
- Within 48 hours: first night's accommodation charged
- Within 24 hours or no-show: full stay may be charged if the room cannot be rebooked
Check-in & Reception
- Check-in: From 2:00pm
- Check-out: By 10:00am
Reception hours:
- Monday - Sunday: 8:00am - 8:30pm
- After-hours check-in is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us before 8:30pm to arrange access.
- Guests arriving after office hours should contact us before 8:30 pm.
Property Policies
Please follow our rules, including noise and smoking. Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or property.
Unregistered visitors must leave the property before 9:00 pm.
Hotel Responsibilities
We provide a safe and clean stay. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, except as required by law.
Facilities
Claudelands Motel is a smoke-free property. Smoking inside rooms will incur a minimum $250 cleaning fee, with additional charges if specialist cleaning or loss of income applies.
Pets are NOT permitted unless approved by management in advance.
Visitors are allowed between 9:00am and 9:00pm only. The registered guest is responsible for the conduct of all occupants and visitors, and for any damage, loss, or additional cleaning required.
General
We aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all guests; however, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
